Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and sales-focused Customer Service Officer to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that provide value. This role combines customer service, relationship-building, and sales responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Present product and service information to support purchasing decisions.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support promotional and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support is a plus but not required.
