What You'll Do Provide Skilled COTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to help patients improve their independence and safety. Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate effectively with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care. Manage Your Visits: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care. Document Efficiently: Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!)
