Position Details Role: Kitchen Team Member Location: Dash In - Prince Frederick, MD Status: Full-time or Part-time Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 (+$1 for overnight) Responsibilities Food Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to produce safe and delicious meals. Prep Oversight: Monitor prep levels to ensure ingredients are ready for service. Station Organization: Restock, organize, and keep the prep station clean and tidy. Receiving & Storage: Receive goods and place them in their proper storage areas. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Guest Interaction: Connect with guests, delivering a personalized experience. Equipment Operation: Operate food service equipment such as fryers, slicers, and others safely. Lifting: Use proper lifting techniques to handle large containers (5‑gallon, 50‑65 pounds). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company‑paid GED program) At least 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred Availability to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older Successful completion of background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Active ServSafe certification or equivalent Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills Benefits Financial Well‑being: 401(k) with employer‑matched contribution and financial planning assistance.
