Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Operate and monitor production equipment within enzyme manufacturing processes* Utilize Delta V process control systems to ensure optimal plant performance* Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity* Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize operations* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards* Accurately document production data and maintain operational records* Assist in maintaining equipment reliability and reporting maintenance needs**What Makes You the Right Fit*** High School Diploma or GED required* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field preferred* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills* Experience working with process systems or automated equipment is a plus* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment* Ability to lift to 55 lbs and work in a physically active setting**How You Would Stand Out*** Experience in biotechnology, chemical, or food manufacturing environments* Familiarity with Delta V or similar distributed control systems (DCS)* Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies**Why Choose Us?*** Starting pay of $27.00 per hour with premium shift differential* Minimum first-year earnings of $70,000+ working AWS schedule* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with match* 3 weeks of vacation plus 13 paid holidays and paid parental leave* Tuition assistance and career development programs* Inclusive, collaborative culture where your ideas and growth matterWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
