Description

Legend Homes is looking for a Sales Host to assist the Sales team by greeting and assisting guests by providing model home coverage when our new home consultants are out of office. This is a part-time position requiring 20 to 29 hours per week. The position is primarily scheduled during the week, but additional weekend hours may be scheduled based on team needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors at model homes.
• Maintain sales center appearance.
• Distribute current price lists to guests.
• Make appointments with the Online Sales Professional or New Home Consultant.
• Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets.
• Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms.
• In conventional communities, demonstrate models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits.
• Perform related administrative duties, as assigned.
• Attend sales training, as required.
• Additional administrative projects requested by New Home Consultant/management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of sales organization preferred

• Ability to build positive rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as outside the company

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization

Education and Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred
