Trillium Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a reputable manufacturer in the Great Lakes region.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term growth. Pay: $22+/hr. (Based on Experience) + 16% Shift Premium (Nights).
Top Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills from start to finish
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine calibrations
- Read blueprints and apply GD&T to produce precision parts
Schedule Options
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:15 PM – 4:45 AM (+16% premium)
What You'll Do
- Machine parts for a variety of industries
- Ensure quality and precision standards are met
- Work with a team in a clean, well-maintained facility

Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Ability to complete full setups and run jobs independently
- High School Diploma or GED
- Machine Tool training preferred
- Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment
