Clinical Instructor Respiratory Therapist

Description Location: UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies - Loveland, CO Department: MCR RT Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant‘s relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Career Ladder: UCHealth offers a structured way for you to grow your skills, responsibilities, and pay in this position. Minimum Requirements: BSRT in respiratory therapy from an accredited program. Internal candidates may hold a ASRT if a BSRT is in progress. RRT National RT State Preferred: Advancement to Level III in the STAR clinical ladder program. State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT). NBRC - RRT. 3 years of respiratory therapy experience in an acute care setting. Instructional teaching experience, both formal and informal. BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS), and Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist (NPS).

Respiratory Therapist: Practices in technologically complex clinical setting managing ventilator integration to adaptive pulmonary support and airway management throughout multiple levels of care.
