Ashlie Hultman Insurance Agency, Inc is a State Farm agency serving Washington & Idaho community. We are largely known for home & auto insurance with a large, established book of client households - we are expanding our financial service practice to help those clients with the next chapter of their financial lives.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to existing State Farm clients to identify financial service needs
- Present and recommend annuity, life insurance, advisory, and brokerage solutions aligned to client goals
- Conduct retirement planning conversations with clients approaching or in retirement.
- Open and manage advisory and brokerage accounts, building a growing passive income stream.
- Maintain all required FINRA and state licensing and comply with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with agency team on cross-sell opportunities and client relationship management.
- Track activity, pipeline, and production in agency CRM
Qualifications:
- Series 6 or 7 license and other relevant certifications.
- Must obtain Life & Health Insurance Licenses
- Must obtain Property & Casualty Licenses
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or a client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and identify financial needs.
- Comfortable with financial planning conversations and retirement product knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
