As a Regional Planning Consultant you will support investor center associates by reinforcing the principles of consultative selling. You will impact associate development through focused coaching support in communication skills, product knowledge, and practice management techniques. The Expertise We’re Looking For Sales experience in the financial services industry Series 7 & 63 license required; study time allowed to obtain Series 66 & Insurance licenses within 6 months of hire CFP certification preferred The Skills You Bring Planning skills and in-depth knowledge of financial product offerings Confidence in front of any audience and strong public speaking skills Unparalleled desire to coach and impact others’ results Approachable leader capable of influencing others effortlessly Value You Deliver Provide subject‑matter expertise on a wide range of financial planning and investment solutions, including advisory services, wealth advisory, insurance, and retirement products Coordinate with branch management to develop collaborative training plans that improve associates’ performance Encourage growth of branch associates and prepare them to become skilled sales consultants by embracing consultative selling practices Lead by example with organized preparation and effective follow‑up skills Partner with branch consultants during client appointments to support the introduction and implementation of appropriate product solutions Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.
