We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team and help us make a difference!

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Organizing and restocking merchandise to keep the store looking its best.
- Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Helping with donations, including lifting and sorting items (must be able to lift 25 lbs multiple times throughout the day).

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who shares our values and has the skills to thrive in this role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail setting is preferred.
- A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle physical tasks like lifting and sorting.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
