Clear, timely electronic documentation in the agency's EMR system is an essential part of the role, ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to quality metrics and clinical outcomes. The schedule typically follows daytime hours with flexibility based on patient needs and visit volumes. Caseloads and daily visits are structured to allow for thorough assessments, interventions, patient and caregiver education, and travel time between homes.
