Owning the retention strategy across multiple channels, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Retention Lead will manage email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty initiatives to improve key business metrics and enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and purchase frequency Design and prioritize experimentation roadmaps for campaigns and customer journeys Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging performance and monitor channel effectiveness Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Retention in eCommerce or high-growth digital businesses Proven experience managing email marketing as a primary retention channel Hands-on experience with SMS and push notification strategies Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar
