A leader in healthcare services spanning three states seeks adult psychiatrists to see adults, adolescents, and children in a well-rounded outpatient-based behavioral health practice. The incoming Psychiatrist will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly enhance patient outcomes across diverse demographics. Opportunity Highlights  

· Join a well-rounded outpatient behavioral health practice offering holistic care for adults, adolescents, and children

· Shape psychiatric care by supervising a dedicated team of PMHNPs and seeing a diverse patient demographic

· Enjoy excellent work-life balance with flexible scheduling options: choose from five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or three 12-hour shifts per week

· Explore an available leadership role as Medical Director if desired, a predominantly clinical position with protected time for administrative responsibilities
