Join us!The RoleAs a Banquet Bartender at The Oncenter, you will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while ensuring all expectations are met to the client and guest satisfaction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service in accordance with New York State laws and regulations as well as Company policies, practices, and procedures.Set up bars and accessories.Serve liquor, beer, soda, juice, water, and mixed drinks.Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.Utilize the point-of-sale system proficiently.Maintain a clean work area.Accept payment for customers' orders.Maintain consumption sheet and other related paperwork.Comply with all inventory control measures.Break down bar and store supplies at end of function.Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards.Maintain a professional appearance, and professional relationship with coworkers at all times.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
