Captain / Lead Server

We are looking for an experienced, kind and warm, hospitality driven Floor Captain to join our team.

We’re a busy neighborhood Italian restaurant known for warm service, handmade food, and a team that takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Your Role on the Floor

●  Lead the dining room during service.

●  Support and coach servers, bartenders, runners, and bussers.

●  Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.

●  Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.

●  Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication and timing.

●  Assist with opening and closing procedures.

●  Help drive sales through hospitality and menu knowledge.

Qualifications

●  Minimum 3 years of restaurant leadership experience.

●  Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.

●  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

●  Calm under pressure with the ability to lead by example.

●  Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

●  Toast POS experience is a plus.
