Girl Program Implementation SpecialistSacramento Regional Program Center - Sacramento, CA 95819; Modesto Regional Program Center - Modesto, CA 95355OverviewSalary Range $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Travel Percentage Up to 25%DescriptionThe Program Specialist - Implementation supports the development and delivery of high-quality Girl Scout experiences that foster engagement, belonging, and long-term participation. This role focuses on supporting program implementation, training, and delivery consistency across program settings. The position helps ensure Girl Scout experiences are engaging, girl-led, and aligned with established program standards by supporting training, observations, implementation resources, and continuous improvement efforts.Program Implementation & SupportSupport consistent implementation of Girl Scout programs across staff-, volunteer-, and partner-led delivery settingsDevelop and deliver implementation training for program staff, volunteers, girls, and program partnersAssist with onboarding and supporting program partners in delivering Girl Scout programmingCreate and maintain implementation guides, checklists, and support resourcesReinforce established program standards, engagement practices, and safety expectations during training and program supportSupport program delivery as needed across programs, events, and delivery settingsContinuous Improvement & EvaluationConduct program observations using established quality tools and processesGather participant, volunteer, partner, and staff feedback to identify opportunities for improvementDocument observations and recommend practical improvements to strengthen program delivery and participant experiencesShare implementation trends and lessons learned with internal teams to support consistency across delivery settingsCollaborationCollaborate within the Girl Program Department as well as across other department teams to support effective implementation of program experiencesAssist with pilot programs, trainings, and special projects as neededPerform other duties as assignedQualifications2–3 years of experience in youth programming, education, recreation, camps, training, or a related fieldExperience leading trainings, workshops, or group activities preferredStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to observe program delivery and provide constructive feedbackExperience creating implementation guides, training materials, or program resources preferredFamiliarity with youth development and experiential learning practicesExperience working with volunteers or community partners preferredWork Environment & RequirementsOccasional evening and weekend work for trainings, observations, and program supportTravel within GSHCC territory (10–20%) for site visits, program observations, and trainingAbility to lift and transport materials up to 25 lbsGSHCC Community StatementGirl Scouts Heart of Central California (GSHCC) is a girl-centric and performance-driven community.
