Administrative Assistant / Operations Support Specialist

Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant / Operations Support Specialist. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX (Onsite). Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides intermediate working knowledge of all Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (ELCOE) processes applicable to Delivery, Development, and Planning as it pertains to support of learning events.
• Supports the ELCOE curriculum, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensures communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers.
• Schedules learning events as provided through the planning and request definition processes.
• Performs moderately complex work assignments to support other team members.
• Pulling reports from different systems, then generating results using MS Excel (i.e., pivot tables) and PPT slides for leadership.
• Review and handle staff PTO and scheduling gaps for facilitator team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: 2 or more years of administrative, analysis, and/or resourcing experience.
• Experience building reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (PPT), is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Ability to shift priorities with little notice.
