Works with patients from pediatric to geriatric ages who are referred for medical and educational services. The primary functions are to perform patient related activities, including delegated procedures that are commensurate with educational skill and training. Responsible for communication of care to physical therapy staff or others to evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, or coordinating treatment.Job RequirementsEducation:?
