What You’ll Do
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assists with tax audits and preparation of 1099 forms
- Perform regular trust account reconciliations
- Ensure proper segregation of client funds and operating funds
- Assist with audits or reviews related to trust accounting
- Ensure proper coding and approval of all expenditures
- Back up with check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain Accurate Accounting for Performance Metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years accounting experience in professional service industry or public accounting preferred
- CPA or CPA track preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
