Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain AnalystBase Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually Location: Scottsdale, AZ Workplace Setting: Onsite10X Health is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to support the performance and optimization of our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure inventory accuracy, reporting integrity, service level performance, quality, and operational scalability. Day-to-day, this person will analyze inventory trends, monitor vendor performance, place and manage purchase orders, support forecasting initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across procurement, fulfillment, and logistics processes. This role requires a highly analytical individual who is comfortable translating data into action and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.ObjectivesDevelop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational scorecardsAnalyze inventory trends and recommend actions to optimize stock levels and reduce disruptionsSupport demand forecasting and inventory planning activities across product linesMonitor vendor performance and track adherence to SLAs and turnaround expectationsPartner with Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues impacting customersPerform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and service deliverySupport procurement and vendor management processes through reporting and analyticsMaintain accurate supply chain and inventory data across systems and reporting toolsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementOther duties, as requiredCompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and communicate data clearlyAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or business intelligence toolsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience creating dashboards and translating insights into business recommendationsUnderstanding of forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment conceptsAbility to work independently while driving accountability across stakeholdersContinuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellenceGeneral understanding of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systemsEducation & Experience3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or a related fieldExperience in nutraceuticals is a strong plusBachelor's Degree required; Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computerTravel up to 10% of the timeCommitment to Diversity As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, 10X Health System recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
