Senior Case Manager - Remote Eligible, Financial Services
Simplicity Group LLC
Simplicity Group is seeking a Senior Case Manager to oversee the new business application process from inception to placement. You will coordinate with carriers, advisors, sales teams and clients to ensure accurate, timely handling of cases and compliance with SLAs. Responsibilities include reviewing new business, entering data into Salesforce, expediting cases, and mentoring team members while maintaining professional communications across email and phone.
