Possesses a proven track record of growing revenue through portfolio fee expansion and new sales. They are a critical thinker who is orientated toward creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals. A skilled negotiator possessing the business acumen to balance customer orientation with productive results. As a skilled communicator and presenter, the TMO III will seek public opportunities to represent the Treasury Management business and TD Bank in strategic settings..Depth & Scope:Builds and maintains productive and collaborative relationships with the Relationship Managers and other channel sales partnersServes as the trusted advisor for clients with cash management needs to develop, manage and retain profitable customer relationshipsIndependently creates and executes a sales and marketing strategy that achieves established market penetration, cross-sell, revenue and customer acquisition goalsAdvances the TD Treasury Management brand by using industry expertise, conducting in-market customer and prospect presentations, seminars, lunch & learns, etcExpands and retains business customers by identifying needs and challenging customers with insightsDemonstrates independent ability to lead the prospecting effort and coordinate a deal team to pursue opportunitiesPartners with Relationship Managers in performing strategic dialogs to turn prospects into clientsLeads or participates in relationship management by identifying customer needs, provide solutions, make in-person customer callsAdvises Relationship Managers on fee revenue decisionsManages portfolio to deepen existing relationships through proactive identification of solutions to meet customer needs.
