Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Freezer Stand Up Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Freezer Stand Up Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Available shift options: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move, load, and store materials safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately based on customer requirements
• Load and unload shipments while maintaining product integrity
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counting as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols, especially in a freezer environment

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Stand-up reach truck experience
• Ability to work in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties (standing, walking, bending)
