Physical Therapist – Full-Time | Outpatient Orthopedics | Frederick, MD

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no holidays, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

This role features true 1:1 patient care with no double bookings, allowing for individualized, hands-on treatment. You’ll treat a diverse orthopedic caseload including post-operative cases, total joints, spine conditions, manual therapy, and general orthopedic diagnoses in a modern clinical environment with spacious therapy gyms and advanced equipment. Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Maryland license (or eligibility)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic or manual therapy experience is preferred, however NEW GRADS are welcome!!
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• D elivering evidence-based, outcome-driven physical therapy services
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Educating patients and families
• Documenting care in a web-based EMR system
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
