Lead Medical Technologist - Generalist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lead Medical Technologist to oversee our laboratory team. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring accurate test results, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, performing complex tests, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train laboratory staff
  • Oversee quality control and maintain equipment
  • Perform and interpret complex tests
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
  • ASCP certification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
