At Jimerson Birr, we understand the importance of nurturing young talent, and our Summer Attorney program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and invaluable exposure to diverse practice areas. We offer a unique opportunity to develop a solid foundation in multiple legal disciplines while working on cutting-edge projects. Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
• Observe and participate in client meetings, closings, depositions, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with our team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Engage in case management, document review, due diligence, closings, and trials.
• Contribute to client service initiatives and gain exposure to client relationship management.

• Strong academic record and legal research and writing skills.
• Demonstrated interest in business law, litigation, and adding value to client businesses.
