Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Identify early component wear to prevent unexpected failures.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues using schematics, manuals, meters, and diagnostic tools. Replace components such as motors, sensors, pumps, valves, bearings, and controls.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols including LOTO, confined space procedures, and OSHA/regulatory standards. Maintain emergency systems and promptly report plant hazards.

• Documentation & Inventory: Track completed work orders, parts usage, and PM schedules. Assist with inventory management and spare parts replenishment.

• Operational Support & Continuous Improvement: Respond promptly to urgent production requests and facility repairs (e.g., light construction, painting, upkeep). Support process improvements, vendor coordination, and team cross-training

The essential functions of this role include:
