Project Superintendent - Greenville AreaPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial HVAC/mechanical projects from planning through completion. This hybrid role combines office-based project coordination with hands-on field leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate is a seasoned HVAC professional who excels at planning, material procurement, crew leadership, and quality control while working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate projects before mobilization by reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and manpower requirements.Order materials, manage deliveries, and coordinate procurement to keep projects on schedule.Lead and work alongside field crews on commercial and industrial HVAC/mechanical installations.Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through daily jobsite leadership.Maintain quality control from installation through final inspection and punch list completion.Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, general contractors, and customers throughout each project.Support project documentation, RFIs, closeout packages, and project reporting.QualificationsRequired7+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical installation experienceExperience leading field crews or serving as a Foreman or SuperintendentAbility to read mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment submittalsExperience with material procurement and project coordinationStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsOSHA safety knowledgeValid driver's licensePreferredOSHA 30 CertificationExperience with construction management or project management softwarePrevious Mechanical or HVAC Superintendent experienceWhat We're Looking ForStrong leadership and accountabilityExcellent planning and organizational skillsCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipAbility to balance office coordination with field executionProfessional communication with project teams, vendors, and customersJoin Our TeamIf you're a motivated HVAC professional who enjoys leading crews, solving problems, and delivering high-quality commercial projects, we'd love to hear from you.
