Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support the Registrar and Director of Admissions at the law school. We have evening classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. Work hours are Monday and Friday 9:00 - 5:00 and T-W-TH nights 2:00 - 9:30 pm., Saturday from 8:00 - 3:00.
Responsibilities:
Send emails to students and faculty
Schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Implement existing filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
Previous experience in office administration is a plus, but not required. We can teach you our processes.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Speak Spanish
