Insurance Verification Representative

To support the revenue cycle, the full-time Insurance Verification Representative will perform timely and accurate pre-registration, insurance verification, and patient demographic updates in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Perform pre-registration and insurance verification for inpatient and outpatient services Contact patients to confirm or obtain missing demographic information and provide appointment instructions Document benefit and authorization information in the standard EMR screens and notes as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1 or more years of experience in hospital Patient Access required No specific license or certification required
