Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee HVAC installations, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, prioritizing efficiency and reliability to enhance client comfort. • Mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team. • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes, driving innovation and excellence in every task. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and expert advice to build trust and long-term relationships. • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring that all tools and materials are available for seamless operations. Qualifications: • HVAC Contractor License. • Experience in leading HVAC installations and ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction. • Ability to conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, prioritizing efficiency and reliability. • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior technicians to foster a culture of learning and growth. • Strong collaboration skills to work with team members in improving service processes and driving innovation. • Commitment to ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment. • Excellent communication skills to provide clear updates and expert advice to clients, building trust and long-term relationships. • Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations and availability of tools and materials. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
