About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all accounting and financial operations for a successful and well-established service organization. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to ownership and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full accounting cycle, working independently, and serving as a key financial resource for leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day accounting operations Perform monthly and year-end close activities Process payroll accurately and timely Handle accounts payable and vendor relationships Complete bank and account reconciliations Prepare financial reports for ownership Coordinate with external CPA firms and banking partners Analyze margins, profitability, and financial performance Maintain accounting records and financial systems Support budgeting, reporting, and overall financial management Qualifications Previous Full Charge Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience managing accounting functions independently Background in payroll processing and account reconciliations Ability to collaborate with CPAs, banks, and outside advisors Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly accountable Apply today for immediate and confidential consideration.
