Salary:  USD $75,000 – $90,000 / yr

Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in Ohio and Kentucky to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections while working in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support foreclosure and creditor-side collections matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Assist with case management and client communication
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on active cases
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license in Ohio and Kentucky (required)
• 2–3 years of experience (internship or clerkship acceptable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Preferred

• Exposure to foreclosure, collections, or litigation
