Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings. Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques. Operate and maintain specialized equipment and modalities. Assess progress, adjust plans, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and self‑management. Maintain a safe environment, adhere to infection control protocols. Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development. Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). PhD in physical therapy (preferred). Experience in PT; new graduates welcome. Other required certifications or licenses (if applicable). Essential Skills Critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. PC skills. Physical ability: stationary positioning, moving equipment (50–100 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending. Interpersonal skills: work effectively with diverse personnel. Technical/Motor: grasp, fine manipulation, help with procedures, use equipment. Mental: manage frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, handle irregular schedules, maintain concentration. Sensory: visual acuity and effective communication.
