Your Responsibilities As a Physical Therapy Aide Greet patients and escort them to the treatment area as directed by a therapist or therapist assistant. Clean the treatment room and prepare it for the next patient. Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment. Answer and direct telephone calls. Qualifications High School diploma or GED (diploma submission required). Customer service experience preferred. Year‑round employment required; seasonal or short‑term hiring not accepted.
