Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity Communicate clearly with customers about system condition and recommended solutions Perform system replacements and assist with installations when needed Maintain proper documentation using ServiceTitan software Ensure company vehicles remain clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow all safety procedures and company standards Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers with urgent needs Qualifications Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team Excellent customer communication skills Clean and valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + aggressive commission opportunities Company vehicle and fuel card Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off A supportive work environment with no corporate red tape Opportunities for advancement as Rocket Cooling continues to grow Join Our Team If you’re a skilled HVAC technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering excellent service, and being part of a strong team, we’d love to talk with you.
