Midnimo Restaurant is hiring an experienced Line Cook to prepare high-quality halal meals while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed.
Responsibilities
● Prepare menu items according to recipes and portion standards.
● Cook food safely and efficiently during busy service.
● Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
● Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
● Assist with prep work and inventory as needed.
● Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
● Complete opening and closing kitchen duties.
Qualifications
● Previous line cook experience preferred.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
● Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
● Knowledge of food safety practices.
