Nuclear Medical Technologist Paris, TX Overview: Our well-established, patient-focused practice in Paris is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medical Technologist for a long-term fit. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and a supportive work environment. Position Offers: Schedule: Monday–Friday Competitive pay: $45 per hour (DOE) Health insurance 401(k) Retirement savings plan Paid holidays Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Quarterly bonuses Key Responsibilities: Perform a full range of nuclear medicine scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols Conduct cardiac stress tests, including preparation, monitoring, and safe completion of procedures Start and manage IV lines for radiopharmaceutical and contrast administration Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals following safety and regulatory guidelines Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images Assess patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and appropriate documentation Maintain accurate records of procedures, doses, and patient information Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program with current ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification Active, current Nuclear Medicine Technologist licensure in Texas Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with the ability to work independently CPR certification required, BCLS preferred Experience in a multi-modality imaging environment and familiarity with electronic systems a plus Why Join Us: Join a well-established, patient-focused practice offering a consistent schedule, strong benefits, and a long-term career fit for an experienced technologist.
