Sales Operations Specialist
Simplified Logistics LLC
Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships for domestic and cross-border freight transportation services throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. Generate freight sales leads, negotiate rates, and coordinate transportation solutions with carriers and shippers. Manage daily communication with customers to ensure on-time pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics brokerage, transportation sales, or freight forwarding. Existing customer base or established book of business. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
