Description What You'll Be Responsible For

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory analysesincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate outcomes for precision, identify and solve discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in gathering specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff members or interns, and support high standards in laboratory quality assurance.
• Uphold a clean, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of joining.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
