Senior Coverage Attorney (Ohio Licensed)

Providing expert legal guidance, the full-time Senior Coverage Attorney (Ohio Licensed) will manage complex insurance coverage matters, collaborate with claims leadership and external counsel, and support regulatory compliance in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Deliver timely legal and technical advice on commercial and personal lines coverage issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws Analyze policy language and guide coverage investigations, preparing legal opinions and communications Partner with claims leadership to develop litigation strategies and manage significant coverage disputes Required qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance coverage analysis or litigation Extensive knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance coverage and claim handling practices Experience preparing coverage opinions and managing outside counsel in coverage litigation Virtual Vocations Inc
