Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy sessions and adjust plans as needed. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to enhance patient care. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Adapt to the needs of each patient and find joy in the variety of work settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $47.00 - $55.00 /Hr.
