Interior Designer
Anna Booth Interiors is seeking a highly organized, creative, and communicative Interior Designer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the lifecycle of our design projects, serving as a vital liaison between our firm, clients, builders, and custom vendors. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our design vision is executed flawlessly from initial concept through final installation. Your primary focus will be on project management and cross-functional communication. You will serve as the central point of contact between the firm, clients, and building teams by participating in site visits, client calls, and weekly internal project and orders meetings. You will also handle essential vendor coordination, which involves corresponding with vendors to obtain accurate quotes for all FF&E proposals, submitting RFQs for custom furniture and murals, and meticulously tracking all pricing and correspondence. When it is time for installation, you will assist in the hands-on execution of projects by reviewing installation pull sheets from the Client Services Manager and coordinating on-site logistics. Additionally, you will help keep our studio inspired and well-stocked by initiating and attending line shows, procuring product samples, and occasionally performing local pickups and drop-offs of various items for customers or manufacturers.
