Qualifications:
1 year of prior office experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a self-directed, non-micro-managed environment.
A strong passion for customer service and teamwork.
Experience in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, or Life Insurance is a plus (but not required).
Responsibilities:
Support the growth of our infrastructure and help meet our clients needs.
Interact with clients via phone and email, providing top-tier support.
Take ownership of responsibilities and represent the company and clients with best practices.
