Accounting Associate

Overview Process and review daily accounting transactions, including purchase and service vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursement reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Maintain vendor master data and contract terms, safeguard record integrity and support strong internal controls. Responsibilities Partner with cross‑functional teams to coordinate payment arrangements and obtain supporting documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. Perform three‑way matching (purchase order, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders. Reconcile the accounts payable sub‑ledger to the general ledger and support month‑end close, including accruals. Maintain organized, audit‑ready documentation and support internal and external audit requests (PBC). Respond to vendor and internal inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting (Required). 0–2 years of relevant experience in a related field. Strong communication and detail‑oriented skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Accounting. English language proficiency. Compensation The anticipated compensation range is $19.25–$36.55 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location.
