This role combines driving, warehouse operations, inventory support, and customer service.Essential DutiesSafely and efficiently deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians at job sites throughout the North BayPrioritize deliveries to keep crews productive and minimize downtimeAssist with shipping and receivingHelp unload vendor deliveriesPull, stage, and organize materials for upcoming work ordersStock inventory in the proper warehouse locationsAssist the Purchasing Agent with inventory controlMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseAssist customers by loading materials into their vehiclesSupport service technicians in the field when neededEmpty warehouse trash and maintain housekeepingRecommend improvements to warehouse organization and inventory processesWe're Looking For Someone WhoShares our values of Integrity, Respect, Serve, and ThriveHas excellent customer service skills and remains calm under pressureCan prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectivelyIs dependable, self-motivated, and takes initiativeIs organized and pays close attention to detailEnjoys physical, hands-on workWants to learn a skilled trade and grow into a Service Technician positionRequirementsValid California Driver License with a good driving recordAbility to safely operate company vehiclesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and positive attitudePhysical RequirementsThis is an active position requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday.Candidates must be able to:Lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when appropriateFrequently lift and carry up to 75 poundsSafely load and unload materialsOperate company vehiclesMaintain constant awareness of workplace safetyScheduleThis is a full-time position working an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
