Sales Support Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Director of Sales Operations Location: NYC Metro POSITION SUMMARY: John Hardy is seeking an outgoing, professional Sales Support Specialist with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, diligence, and a hands-on attitude. This role supports the administrative needs of the North American Wholesale sales team and the Senior Director of Sales Operations, working closely with Sales Support team members in the U.S. and Asia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the North American Wholesale sales team member with: Input orders into system and provide order updates to team and accounts Process orders in Navision, NuOrder Run reports of what is pending to ship, what has shipped Process returns and submit for approval Receive return request from sales rep or account and input into the system Assist customers and accounts with repair processing and follow up Work with accounts on submitting repairs to the repair center Look up status of repair in repair system and notify account Consignment and Trunk Show order processing Create consignment orders in the system Follow up on sales and invoice consignment sales on a monthly basis Create trunk show orders for team members as requested Manage short-term memo requests for product to customers Wardrobe order processing for the US team members Process jewelry wardrobe orders for qualifying team members when they join the team; process reorders Help with processing returns of wardrobe orders Employee purchase order processing Process employee purchases for the US team Assist with general customer service inquiries through phone and email Email and phone follow-up on any inquiries received from accounts and clients Assist with phone inquiries from accounts/clients; target response within 24 business hours Assist with account meeting support during showroom visits Work with sales team member during account meetings by helping write orders Work with account on showing new launches for the season Assist with special projects such as sample sale, event sales, or other projects requested by reporting manager (typically 2-3 times per year, may require evening/weekend availability) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service capacity High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word) Excellent analytical skills Self-motivated and resourceful Excellent follow-through, detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills Demonstrate consistent positive attitude and ability to display respectful and upbeat disposition Excellent written and oral communication skills High level of accuracy / strong attention to detail Ability to build relationships and work with customers and internal cross-functional departments Hands-on approach, getting things done efficiently Ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve issues Ability to multi-task by organizing and prioritizing work, coordinating required support across various functions to meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with customers and team members Ability to travel occasionally for trunk shows and sample sales, as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr John Hardy
