Field Reimbursement Manager (Oncology)- (Pacific Northwest) - Johnson & Johnson HCS, Inc.

Field-based reimbursement manager supporting oncology healthcare providers across the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on patient access education, payer reimbursement guidance, and collaboration with internal teams to help patients start and maintain treatment with Johnson & Johnson therapies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement procedures, coding requirements, and payer policies for oncology products
• Assess provider education needs and facilitate collaboration with field team members and stakeholders
• Address critical patient access and affordability issues with urgency and creative problem-solving
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with assigned oncology accounts across territory
• Partner with managed care colleagues and internal departments to deliver access solutions and market insights

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer benefit structures
• Understanding of reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and coverage requirements
• Experience working with healthcare providers and payer organizations
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities in healthcare settings
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, and commercial payer dynamics
• Ability to travel up to 50% on-site to healthcare provider locations
