We're seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to help migrate legacy web applications to modern Oracle APEX, ensuring high security and HIPAA compliance.

Location: Richmond, VA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 5 days/week for the first 30 days, then 3 days/week)

Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

Key Skills Required:

Oracle Database (11g/18c/19c): 5+ years
SQL & PL/SQL: 5+ years (Advanced)
Oracle APEX: 5+ years
JavaScript or jQuery: 5+ years

Preferred Skills:

Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit: 2+ years
RESTful & SOAP Web Services: 2+ years

What You'll Do:

Modernize legacy PL/SQL Web Toolkit modules to Oracle APEX .
Ensure top-tier web security and HIPAA compliance for sensitive data (PII/PHI).
Support critical system integrations and data exchanges.

Note: Candidates must physically reside in the US for the duration of the role.
