Senior Oncology Account Manager (Houston)

Immunome

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager in the Houston area to drive territory sales for varegacestat, an investigational desmoid tumor therapy. The role combines field-based customer engagement, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to establish market presence ahead of and following product launch.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory business plans identifying priority accounts and call strategies
Build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams
Deliver clinical and value-based sales messages aligned with national brand strategy
Support speaker programs, educational activities, and provider engagements in compliance with regulations
Track territory activity, call metrics, and sales results using CRM systems

Requirements

Proven oncology or specialty pharma sales experience
Track record of achieving territory sales targets
Knowledge of desmoid tumor or sarcoma treatment landscape
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
CRM proficiency and sales metrics reporting capability
Ability to convey clinical and value-based messaging to healthcare providers
